I just want to share my overwhelming satisfaction with this organization. Every employee that I've dealt with has been empathetic and kind toward my family. When one is forced to partake in a cleaning service after a fire or floor, they are often emotionally fragile. The wonderful folks at F&F patiently answer questions and offer reassurance to the client. Further, my basement (which endured a flood) is now sanitized and squeaky clean. I am so happy with the quality of the service that was provided. I've worked with contractors in the past who did not live up to my expectations...so it was just great to have my expectations exceeded on this occasion
I give this company 5 stars and the biggest reason is that when I felt like things may have not been going right (there are a lot of factors with the insurance adjuster) they made it right. They are as professional as it gets

Flood and Fire sent someone over right away and the service was fantastic from the first phone call until the job was completed. WOW! The customer service from this company is outstanding. I was referred here after a plumbing issue and the manager, Will called me. He immediately eased my overwhelmed mind and got someone out right away to get a plan set in motion. They worked directly with my insurance company and had everything taken care of quickly. I am so thankful for everything this company did for us.
Let's just start with WOW! This company is amazing!We called Flood and Fire Solutions as soon as we noticed our basement was flooded. The company had their technicians out within an hour of our call. The technicians were very informative, friendly, focused and so helpful! We were fully informed of any steps they were going to take throughout the whole process. They made sure to explain everything very thoroughly and were prompt to answer any questions we had. Their pricing is very fair compared to the last company I used which charged me triple the price to do the same exact job when our basement flooded years ago.I would and will recommend this company to any homeowner in crisis. They know how to handle business and truly care about your home!I wish there was a 10-star option because they deserve it!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs plumbing. Gratefully, our plumber suggested contacting Flood & Fire to assess the damage and help with the water mitigation. Our first conversation was with Will and we felt we were in good hands with this company. When our Water Mitigation Specialist Kyle came to the house he did a very thorough inspection. He was professional and took the time to explain what he was analyzing and the impact his findings could have on our home. We felt confident hiring Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc. to handle the water mitigation.Kyle and his co-worker were terrific as they took the steps necessary to protect our floors from any damage moving the equipment into place may have caused. We have an exuberant young dog and Kyle was outstanding with her even getting down to her level so she felt safe, too. The work in our home was done well. Kyle's assistance did not end with the in-home service. Kyle put in a lot of time and effort working with our homeowner's insurance company. It was not an easy task but Kyle saw it through and helped greatly with our claim being approved. We were most pleased with Kyle and Flood & Fire and would certainly recommend them to others in need of water mitigation.
